Grease production process

However, the appearance of the grease at this time is very rough, and it needs to be post-processed, that is, homogenization and degassing, and finally the finished lithium-based grease can be obtained.

Differences in grease production processes

Among them, the production process of grease can basically be divided into one category - intermittent production process and continuous production process. Because the grease products are produced in batches and on a small scale, they are produced using the main intermittent production process, which is conducive to the adjustment of the grease produced by the grease varieties and to meet the needs for different quantities of different greases. The production of grease involves two aspect issues

The temperature, raw material speed, feeding time, and breathing need to be strictly controlled.
